What is Holistic Dental Care

When it comes to talk about holistic, there has been many misunderstandings. Holistic is a very broad term, it NOT only means to use metal free materials. We need to consider the patient as a whole, holistic involves many other practices which are used at Pacific Smile in a very unique way. We not only use biocompatible materials, but also guide the patient through a process in which they can heal not only their mouth but their wholeself. This is a practice which focuses on healing on every field as one- mind,body,emotions and surroundings allowing each person to learn to heal and prevent, mantaining a balance. We respect the body and optimize prevention, not overtreating the patient, but getting the best results with minimum trauma to the tissues through different techniques, both from dental and holistic approaches.
